    Training Materials

    Training materials provided during courses remain our intellectual property. Participants may use them for personal reference but may not redistribute or commercialize them.

    5. Payment Terms

  • Service fees are as quoted in proposals or published on our website
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may be subject to applicable taxes
  • Payment Schedule

  • Standard terms require payment within 30 days of invoice

  • Error-free or uninterrupted service
  • Liability Cap

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accuvice Solutions Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of our Service.

    9. Termination

    By You

    You may terminate your use of our Service at any time by:

  • Closing your account
  • Providing written notice for ongoing service agreements
  • Following the termination provisions in your service contract
  • By Us

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Fail to pay for services rendered
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Effect of Termination

    Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
  • We may retain data as required by law
  • 10. Governing Law & Disputes

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:

  • The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to mediation
  • Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts
  • Venue

    Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Class Action Waiver

    You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

    11. General Provisions

    Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accuvice Solutions Limited.

    Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    Waiver

    Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

    Assignment

    You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

    Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
